This project aims to align the skills developed in VET programs with the needs of these employers, ensuring that graduates can contribute to operational efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage from day one. Engaging with industry stakeholders will also help tailor training programs to meet specific sector needs, fostering a closer collaboration between education providers and the labor market.
