In April, the BIM4WB project hosted a stakeholder semina In Albania and Kosovo, r bringing together industry professionals, educators, institutional representatives, and other key actors from the construction and vocational education sectors. The seminar focused on the presentation, discussion, and validation of recent project research findings.
The event served as an important platform for ensuring that the project’s outputs are grounded in the real needs of the construction sector. Preliminary research results were shared with participants, opening the floor for constructive dialogue on current skills gaps, labour market expectations, digitalisation challenges, and the practical competences required for effective BIM adoption.
Through open discussions, participants provided valuable feedback based on their direct professional experience. Their contributions helped confirm the relevance of the project’s direction and offered useful insights for improving the next stages of curriculum and training material development.
The consortium expresses its appreciation to all participants for their active engagement, professional input, and thoughtful recommendations. The insights gathered during the seminar will directly inform the next phases of the BIM4WB project, particularly in strengthening the link between education, research, and industry practice.
